FoogleTech designed and developed the Love Your City web platform for the Love Your City Foundation (USA) — a community philanthropy portal connecting individuals with local grassroots nonprofit organisations, enabling users to discover causes in their community, make donations, sign up as volunteers, and advocate for organisations they care about.
The Engineering Challenge
- Nonprofit discovery needed to be genuinely local — users should find organisations relevant to their specific community rather than just large national charities — requiring geographic filtering and nonprofit categorisation.
